We use this information to match customers with professionals, record booking requests, display professional profiles, provide schedules, prevent misuse and operate the service.

Job messages and photos

We store job descriptions, requested times, schedule changes, messages and uploaded photos to support your job. Matching subscribed professionals can see the job description, service ZIP code and requested time before accepting. Your address, identity, conversation and photos are available only to you and the assigned professional. Avoid including sensitive personal information in the public job description. Contact support to request deletion of job records, messages or photos.

Payments

QuoteFlow Local does not collect customer payments for professional services. Customers pay professionals directly using a method they agree upon.

Sharing

Information needed for a request or booking may be shared between the customer and selected professional. Public professional-profile information is visible to anyone with the profile link and may be indexed by search engines.

Your choices

Do not place private customer information in a public professional profile. You may request correction or deletion of your professional profile and associated account information through QuoteFlow Local support.

Security and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We may update this policy as the service develops and will publish the new date here.
